Pacuare River Class III and IV

We will pick you up at your San Jose Hotel between 6:00 and 6:30, then drive through spectacular Braulio Carrillo National Park, making a stop as we exit the park where delicious breakfast awaits.

The ride to the put in at Tres Equis, including breakfast stops is approximately 3 hours, there professional guides and equipment will be waiting. After some brief security instructions we´ll start on this incredible rafting journey.

You´ll break for a delicious lunch, then you will have plenty time to relax and enjoy the spectacular scenery as your marvel at the raw, pounding power of the untamed Pacuare River that for millions of years has coursed through this virgin tropical rainforest. The take out is in Siquirres, where we´ll stop to shower and change into dry clothes.

Arriving at San Jose approximately 6:00 or 6:30 pm.

Sarapiqui River Class III

We will pick you up at your San Jose Hotel between 6:00 and 6:30, then drive approximately 2 and half hours to the river put-in, making a stop where delicious Traditional breakfast awaits.

After short safety briefing, you will rig your raft and begging the journey downriver (approximately 2-3 hours) The delicious lunch will served on the banks on the river. The take out be in the afternoon, at which time you can change into dry clothes.

Arriving at San Jose approximately 5:00 or 6:00 pm.
