Reservation and Payment:

An initial deposit of 50% of the total package price is necessary to guarantee all the services offered in the package. Once reservation has been confirmed and must be sent along with a signed Terms and conditions. Reservations are accepted subject to tour conditions and availability. Balance will due 30 days prior to departure date. During the peak-season month December/January and the Easter week, we strongly recommend reservations to be made at least six months in advance in order to guarantee your original itinerary.

Late Bookings:

For reservation less than 30 days prior to departure, full payment is due immediately. Payment must be payable to Latii Express Tours or your travel agent. Programs and tours prices are based on rates valid at the time of printing and are subject to change without prior notice. Rates are quote in U.S Currency.

Changes / Alterations:

Any change made by the traveler after reservation has been confirmed and accepted and an initial deposit received will be subject to following changes.

• Up to 25 days prior to departure and documents
• Issue/not issue $50 Per each change
• Less than 24 days prior to departure and documents
• Issue/not issue $100 Per each change.

NOTE: Any changes made by the passengers directly to the hotels or other contractor will not be accepted and any penalties or additional charges become the sole responsibility of the passenger. Changes pertaining to any part of the itinerary should be made through Latii Express Tours prior to departure.

Cancellations And Refunds:

All cancelations must be received in writing. The following charges will apply to tour cancellation once an initial deposit has been received or tour has been paid in full:

From date of deposit to:

• 30 days or more prior to departure $100.00
• 29-15 days prior to departure $150.00
• 14 up to 1 day prior to departure 50% of the land / tour price and any non refundable
• expenses imposed by hotels.

NOTE:No refunds will made for cancellations 24 hours prior to departure, date of departure or for any unused portion of the tour after travel begins.

Package Rate Includes:

All accommodations as specified, meals as describe, hotel taxes, service charges, transfers where applicable. It does not include items of personal nature (laundry, long distance phone calls, tips to guide, drivers, bellboys, beverages, where not indicated, expenses due to flight delay, strikes, bad weather or other irregularities or Airport departure taxes (unless specified).

Documentation:

It is the responsibility of the passenger to secure all necessary entry documentation prior to departure. A valid passport or proof of citizenship is required for foreigners to most Central & South American countries. Please check with the consulate of each country if you will travel to for specific entry requirements and or changes before your trip.

Tour Documents / Vouchers:

Tour documents / vouchers will be sent out two weeks prior to departure and only after tour is paid in full and Latii Express Tours has received a signed Terms & Conditions form. Under no circumstances documents will be sent out if Latii Express Tours has not received payment in full and a signed Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation by Tour Operator:

Tour operator reserves the right to cancel any tour 21 days or more prior to departure. In the event such cancellation, all monies received by the tour operator will be refunded in full.

Responsability:

Tours in the brochure are being marketed exclusively by Latii Express Tours which acts as agent only for various companies furnishing transportation, hotel accommodations, or other services and facilities. Latii Express Tours and its sub-agents shall not be liable for any injury, delay, change in schedule, loss damage of any defects of any transportation company, hotel, agent or any such a party providing such services and facilities. Also for any expenses or inconvenience cause by late arrivals and departures of aircraft, ships, trains, buses, automobiles, and any change of schedule o condition beyond its control. Nor shall Latii Express Tours be liable for any loss or damage to luggage or any article of the passenger. Latii Express Tours strongly recommends and has availability for purchase by any participant, trip cancellation insurance, baggage insurance, and travel accident insurance for each participating passenger.

Responsability:

By singing this form, I acknowledge that we have read and agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Latii Express Tours and agree to pay in full total amount of the trip before my/our departure. Neither I nor any accompanying family members/friends will hold cancellation or tour interruption nor for injury, accident, sickness, stolen or damaged baggage/ property should I choose not to purchase insurance coverage which is my/our.
